Has been providing neuro-rehabilitation to men for over 15 years, and is a leading provider in the UK. Our highly skilled and experienced multi-disciplinary teams provide a flexible and seamless rehabilitation pathway that includes step down independent living and community based residential placements.
Uplands Hospital
Catering for service users aged between 18-65 who may be informal guests or detained under the UK Mental Health Act. A majority of the residents at Uplands are people who have been living with serious mental illness most of, if not all of their life. With an experienced and qualified staff team, we work towards independence, community living and mental health recovery.

Founded in 1993 CareTech Holdings PLC has grown from a single small care home into one of the largest and most respected care providers in the UK operating 550 services across England, Scotland and Wales.
Our purpose throughout has been to enable individuals with complex needs to experience the same opportunities to live, learn, work and engage in their communities that we take for granted. This enduring focus on specialist social care has meant CareTech today supports more than 4,500 service users and employs over 11,000 colleagues.
Our Care Pathway - extending from Foster Care to Children’s and Adults Services - is delivered in a range of community-based settings that include schools and colleges; day care, residential and step-down supported housing; and specialist placements. Our offer includes consultancy, training and workforce development solutions; and assistive technology to enable individuals without voice to communicate, considerably extending our digital reach to people with complex needs in our home markets and around the world.
Fundamental to everything we do is an unwavering commitment to provide high quality care. Delivering this has required good governance, an open and transparent culture, dedicated focus to continuous improvement, robust processes and systems, and recognition this is an ongoing journey of learning and improving.

الرئيس التنفيذي (الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا وباكستان (
يشغل ظفار منصب الرئيس التنفيذي لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا وباكستان. ويضطلع بمسؤولية قيادة ودعم وبناء أعمالنا في المنطقة، مع التركيز على المملكة العربية السعودية والبحرين والكويت.
يتمتع ظفار بخبرة واسعة في تنمية الأعمال التجارية بشكل طبيعي أو من خلال عمليات الاستحواذ في الأسواق الناشئة والناضجة. ويقيم في منطقة الشرق الأوسط منذ اثني عشر عاماً.
قبل مجيئه إلى الشرق الأوسط، شغل ظفار مناصب تنفيذية عليا في المملكة المتحدة مع شركات مدرجة في مجموعة فاينشال تايمز للأوراق المالية، بما في ذلك مجموعة سيما، وكابيتال بي إل سي، ومجموعة سيركو. وقبل ذلك، شغل مناصب في عدد من القطاعات بما في ذلك الرعاية الصحية والتعليم والنقل والخدمات المشتركة. كما قاد مشاريع تضمنت تغييرات كبيرة في الإدارات في كل من القطاعين العام والخاص.

قاد ظفار عدداً من المشاريع المميزة لشركة سيركو بما في ذلك تعبئة مترو دبي والاستحواذ على جي بي أي لخدمات العقارات في أبوظبي. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، قاد عملية الدخول الناجحة لشركة سيركو إلى أسواق المملكة العربية السعودية وقطر والعراق. في المملكة العربية السعودية، شمل ذلك عمليات مترو مكة والمشاريع المشتركة مع مجموعة حبيب سليمان للرعاية الصحية والعمل مع صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية في القطاع الحكومي.
شغل ظفار أيضاً عدداً من مناصب مجلس الإدارة في منطقة إفريقيا والشرق الأوسط وآسيا وأستراليا ومنطقة آسيا والمحيط الهادئ. يحمل ظفار درجة البكالوريوس من جامعة لندن، وهو محاسب مؤهل (FCCA) وخريج برنامج AMP للخدمات المالية.
